Standard shipping times vary 5-7 business days which do not include weekends or holidays. Due to high volume of orders or PRE-ORDERS it could take 7-14 business days or longer additional for your order to ship. PLEASE choose international shipping at checkout if you are a international citizen to avoid delays damage and proper handling of your Goldewater bottles as we are unable to be held responsible for any processing and handling damage due to long transit times, we are unable to issue refund or replacements of bottles.
