ALL SALES ARE FINAL there are no refunds, returns , cancellations or exchanges.

PRE-ORDERS take 6-8 weeks unless otherwise noted on website in description prior to shipping plus an additional 5-7 business day to process and ship!! Please reference prior to purchase!! 

Shipping and Processing can extend 7-14 business days that do not include weekends or holidays due to a high volume of orders please note!! 

 

Subscription account - when signing up for the subscription account to receive the 25% off discount the customer is actively acknowledging that they will accept two tri-weekly payments before their order can be cancelled. We are unable to be held responsible for any payments taken from the customers account once they have subscribed to their subscription nor are we held responsible to make any cancellations to their account until the two payments have been made. Every customer is given access to their account via email to skip or cancel once they have purchased their first order. We advise to not subscribe just for the “discount” if unwilling to comply with policy. 

Please double check all shipping addresses to ensure that it is correct, also please provide a safe and deliverable address at checkout we are unable to change any shipping address, once the order payment has processed, our shipping distribution system processes the order immediately and we are unable to change the customers address. We cannot be held liable for undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer. We are unable to issue a return or replacement order if the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer. 

 

We are unable to issue any returns for any of our products if the customer provides an insufficient or undeliverable address.

 

Please choose international shipping at checkout to avoid delays during transit with your order. We cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or delayed packages due to the improper shipping method chosen by the customer. 

 We cannot be held responsible or liable for any orders lost or stolen orders in the mail once delivered. We are unable to issue a refund or replacement if lost in the mail.

We are unable to cancel your order once you have purchased all sales are final.

We are unable to change or correct any customers address. If any orders are returned due to an incorrect address we are unable to  issue a return for any goldewater bottle orders. Once goldewater products are shipped that is final sale!

 

We are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges of product once purchased. 

 

We are unable to refund any shipping costs. There are processing times before any order is shipped. If you choose two day priority at checkout it that is the transit time it will take for the shipping carrier to deliver your product. Please keep in mind that we have processing times before your order is shipped. 

We are unable to determine delays during transit with your order. We advise contacting the shipping carrier regarding any transit times or delays.

All sales are FINAL during any holiday sales or promotional discounts!! There will be no cancellations or refunds!!

 

Once any order has been processed  and shipped is voided and non-returnable. The products are considered perishable and non returnable. We do not issue returns or replacements if your order is issued a return. We will only issue a return for broken or damaged products if we are contacts with 24-48 hours of delivery with proof of valid damage to your order.

 

OUR SHIPPING TIMES VARY BY VOLUME OF ORDERS.

We are unable to change customers shipping address once it has been completed by customer. 

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address issues you will have to contact our shipping providers and file a complaint for any issues related to the shipping carrier not delivering your package or sending to wrong address. We do not refund or issue replacement orders for broken product's after 48 hours of delivery and no email response regarding your order, we are not responsible to replace your order if any bottle is broken after that time and the customer has not sent an email within that time regarding replacing their products. We do not change orders once they have been paid for and completed. 


 

Missing item's from order: All customer's have within 24-48 hours to contact goldewatercorp@gmail.com if any of the product's that they ordered are missing, we will then reprocess another order and resend your products if you not respond within that time your order is voided and will will not issue a replacement order. Please be advised 

 

We do not issue any refunds or returns for any order's that have been shipped and tracking states delivered to your shipping address, if it states delivered and you did not receive it you will have to file a lost package claim with USPS regarding the whereabout's of your order, once they respond back with correspondence we will consider how to move further if we will replace your package. We are not responsible for the shipping carrier losing your order or any damage to the package unless you can show proof from video or photos while in your possession that the packaging and product are indeed damaged, we do not accept letters from USPS stating your package was damaged we will need to be shown proof.

 

Once your order has been processed and reprocessed due to issues caused by USPS we will not resend another package the customer will have to file a lost package claim with USPS the shipping carrier responsible for it being lost or stolen.

 

If your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier and it is in transit but arriving late we advise contacting the shipping carrier regarding  the whereabout's of your order and to allow additional time for the shipping carrier to deliver your package we are a small family ran business and do not have the capacity of products to constantly reprocess and reship products that are lost or stolen while in the possession of USPS. All customer's will have to file  a claim with our shipping carrier USPS regarding any late lost or stolen packages.

We do not replace or refund lost in transit order's.

 

All international customers need to pay for international shipping costs if they do not it can delay or halt your order which we are not responsible for. We will not issue any refund or replacement for international orders delayed due during transit due to lack of proper payment of international shipping costs. 

Please advise that you might incur custom fees upon delivery in your country that is the customers responsibility.
